Wah, wha, wha!!! Dude, it took sooooooo long to get the ukuleles right. And in case you are wondering... yes, this is totally based on a true story. Our sweet kitty friend, Murmur, is always hopping on my lap while I'm uking. And yeah, she often regrets it! But guess what? She actually loves the "Sleep, Sleep, Sleep" song... so that's kinda neat.
Okay, so I came up with one more comic about sleep, so that's next... AFTER a new wallpaper. So I'll post the new (SUPER cute) wallpaper on 1/2/14, on 1/16/14 I'm releasing an album with Piero Peluche (here's a brand new video), and on 1/23 you'll get PSC #5. Sorry everything is so spaced out... I'm not a very fast comic-maker and I don't want to drive myself completely crazy with all of these projects. Perhaps it builds the anticipation?? Anyway, I hope you like this one!!! If so... please tell me in the comments below and subscribe if ya' haven't.
Thank you... Happy Holidays!... Take care and cause ruckus,

I am completely and totally thrilled to announce that Piero Peluche and I will be releasing our collaborative debut album, Square Meter, on January 16, 2014. Square Meter is an exciting, genre-fusing collection of pop rock originals and remixes. We call our style Tex-Mex guitar and ukulele fueled surfer pop rock. Half of the songs were first released on Love Songs for Everyone but Especially Uke as simple ukulele folk tunes. Piero Peluche transformed the songs into huge arrangements with full instrumentation and sparkling production. The remaining tracks have never been released on an album until now.
Starting next Thursday, we will be releasing one music video per week before the album is out. And we're gonna start with a track that no one has heard called "Okay, Alright." Lemme tell ya' folks, I LOVE this track.

I'm excited to share that one of my little ukulele ditties, "The Bout of Bass and Ukulele," is featured in the documentary trailer for Food Patriots! You can hear the song starting at 0:18. Of course, it's awesome to hear my song in a professional trailer like this... but it's even awesomer to hear it in a documentary that deals with a passion of mine: food.
As a long-time vegetarian, I've contemplated many of the issues brought up in this movie. This fueled me to write many songs about vegetarianism (95 Lives, Pig Roast), consumerism (Consumer Whore), and the environment (Extinct).
Thank you to John Farbrother (Green River Films) for licensing my song for this trailer. It's thrilling to have a teeny, tiny part in the film. I'm very excited to see Food Patriots and hope it opens minds and inspires change.
